Receptionist Landskrona, Summer Temporary Position

Ohlssons was founded in 1998 in Landskrona and currently has about 850 employees, operating in around 50 municipalities across Sweden with a turnover of over 1.5 billion. The company assists municipalities and businesses with services in waste management, sludge and water, recycling, transport, and contracting. The group also includes Puls – Planned Maintenance Service AB, Soreto Services AB, Exellent Syd AB, ÖMAB, and Tintorella Fastigheter AB.

About the Position

We are looking for a receptionist for our headquarters who wants to be our face to the outside world and an important part of the internal flow during the summer. This is the role for you who likes people, is aware of the situation, and thrives when things are happening around you.

As a receptionist with us, you, together with your colleague, are the first person our visitors meet and often the one who makes things work behind the scenes. You greet visitors, handle incoming calls and emails, and ensure that questions, information, and people land correctly in the organization. It is a role with many points of contact and a fast pace, where you get to be both service-oriented and solution-focused. You don’t need to know everything from the start, but you need to be confident and have a natural drive to solve things. You are structured without being stiff and thrive in a role where you can be social while keeping track of the details.

Profile

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people. You gain energy from welcoming, helping, and ensuring that others feel seen and cared for. For you, service is an obvious part of your personality. You are attentive, unpretentious, and have a natural sense of what needs to be done. At the same time, you are structured and confident in yourself, with the ability to maintain order even when the pace picks up. Experience and Qualifications

This position is suitable for you who want to gain experience in reception and administration, for example, alongside your studies. The employment is a summer temporary position starting in early June and ending in mid-August.
